Around 9.40am on Wednesday 11 December 2019, a man entered a liquor store on Canning Highway Bicton. He browsed through the store and selected a $120 bottle of spirits and placed the item inside his pants.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The male is described as: Around 30 years of age, medium build, short dark hair and facial hair.
