At around 11.10pm on Sunday 5 December 2021, the victim was working at a service station on Canning Highway in East Fremantle. While serving two men at the counter one of the men asked the victim for a takeaway cup and as the victim turned away to get a cup, the man reached across the counter and took the victim’s mobile phone. Only once the men had left the service station did the victim realise his mobile phone had been stolen.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: tanned skin, slim build, between 35 to 45 years of age with shoulder length black hair. He was wearing a blue denim jacket over a red shirt, blue jeans with a black baseball cap worn backwards.
