Between 12.10pm and 5.00pm on Tuesday 1 February 2022, the victim locked his electric scooter with a combination bike lock in a car park on Cantoment Street in Fremantle. When the victim returned he discovered his scooter had been stolen and the combination bike lock was lying undamaged on the ground where his scooter had been locked.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The woman is described as: light skinned, large build with long hair tied back into a pony tail with a distinctive tattoo on her right forearm. She was wearing a pink blouse, black pants, white sliders with sunglasses and black medical face mask.
