Around 5.15pm on Wednesday 4 November 2020, a man entered a shoe shop in Fremantle. He asked to try on a pair of Nike running shoes. He was provided two versions to try on before the staff member went to the store room to find a different size.

 

When the staff members returned a short time later, they saw the man walking out of the store with one pair on and holding the other pair. He was called out to, however the man ran away with more than $400 worth of shoes.

 

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: Mid to late 20’s, thin/medium build, around 190cm tall with black short hair. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts and stolen shoes.
