At around 8.40am on Monday 7 June 2021, a man entered a service station store on Champion Drive in Kelmscott. The man selected two bottles of engine oil and placed them down the front of the pants before leaving the store without paying for the oil.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 30 to 40 years of age with a tattoo on his right forearm and an unshaven appearance. He was wearing a black T-shirt, blue shorts, blue sliders and a blue baseball cap.
