At around 1.30pm on Friday 20 November 2020 a man wearing a tutu entered a store on Council Road in Rockingham. The man is captured on CCTV approaching the front counter and selecting a designer suit case. He then leaves the store with the suit case, making no attempt to pay for the item.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: light skinned, average build, 20-30 years old and approximately 6 foot tall. He wore an imitation police hat, grey “Nike” shirt, black over shoulder bag, yellow tutu and maroon pants.
