At around 11:30am on Monday 14 October 2024, the victim left his wallet on a desk in a library to grab some documents from the printer. When the victim returned to the desk, he discovered his wallet had been taken. CCTV captured a man taking the wallet moments after it was left unattended.
Police have released CCTV images of the man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, average build with grey hair and facial hair. He was wearing a checked shirt, blue jeans, white sneakers, grey cap, glasses, and was carrying a dark backpack.
