Around 4pm on Friday 26 July 2019, a woman paid for items she bought at a pharmacy in Joondalup. After paying, the woman walked away from the counter leaving her mobile phone on the counter, walking out without realising.

She returned moments later and was unable to locate her mobile phone. Staff checked the CCTV from inside the store and showed a woman pay for a magazine with cash, using the magazine to cover the phone and walk out of the store.

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The woman is described as: Around 18 years of age, thin/medium build, dark hair tied up at the back. She was wearing a green hooded top and dark long pants.
