Around 3.40pm on Monday 17 June 2019, a man entered a jewellery in Innaloo. He asked to see a necklace from a display. A staff employee got the necklace from the display and was holding it in her hands, when the man reached over the counter and ripped the necklace out of her hands. The man ran from the store in possession of the necklace which is worth $9,500.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: Light skinned, 20-25 years of age, medium build wearing a dark baseball cap, dark jacket and carrying a dark backpack.
