At around 5.55am Sunday 29 September 2024, a man is seen on CCTV approach a parked car on Gillam Drive in Kelmscott and remove the front and rear registration plates on the car using a screwdriver. The man walked off with the registration plates.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 30 to 40 years of age. The man was wearing a red jacket over a black shirt, black pants, black sneakers and blue beanie.
