Around 3.10pm on Tuesday 10 September 2019, a woman entered a department store on Hay Street Perth and proceeded to the clothing section. She selected three items of clothing and walked into a change room. A short time later, the woman walked out of the fitting room with only one item of clothing, placed it on a rack and walked out of the store.

 

Two coat hangers were located inside the fitting room she was seen to leave from.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The woman is described as: Light skinned, around 165cm tall, blonde hair, approximately 30 years of age, wearing a black and white top, black shorts, carrying a large rainbow shoulder bag. She had a tattoo on the back of her neck.
