At around 1.10pm on Saturday 3 June 2023, the victim parked and locked his car in a public car park on Hay Street in Perth. At around 4.30pm the victim returned to his car and found the left front window of the car smashed and numerous items missing from inside including a bank card. The bank card was used to make multiple fraudulent purchases around Perth that same day.

Police have released CCTV images of two men who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The first man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 35 to 45 years of age, with long brown hair tied into a pony tail and a moustache. He was wearing a white pin striped New York Yankees t-shirt over a black t-shirt with sun glasses and carried a black backpack.

The second man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 30 to 40 years of age with short brown hair. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, blue trousers, blue checked cap and sunglasses.
