Around 4.00pm on Friday 26 June 2020 a man entered a store on Hay Street in Perth.
The man browsed the store before heading to the fragrance section and selecting a cologne. He placed the item in his bag before walking out of the store.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: tan skin, medium build, with dark hair and a goatee. He was wearing a white t-shirt, camouflage cap, black wrist watch and black bum bag across his body and had a tattoo on his right forearm.
