At around 1.15pm on Thursday 27 July 2023, a man entered a sunglasses store on Hay Street in Perth and picked out a pair of Versace sunglasses from a display and concealed them under his clothing. When the man exited the store triggering the alarm sensors, he was approached by a staff member who searched his bags without locating the stolen sunglasses.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, medium build with short brown hair, brown beard and moustache. He was wearing a grey hooded jumper, black shorts, black and white runners and was carrying an orange backpack.
