At around 7.30pm on Friday 4 February 2022, a man is seen on CCTV walk up to the victim asleep at a table outside a fast food store on Hay Street in Subiaco. The man is seen pick up the victim’s wallet and mobile phone off the table next to the victim’s head before riding away on a bicycle nearby.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: white skinned, large build, between 40 to 50 years of age with short hair, tattoos on both arms and an unshaven appearance. He was wearing a green T-shirt, charcoal coloured board shorts, dark coloured joggers and a green baseball cap.
