Around midday on Tuesday 24 March 2020, a man was riding a bicycle on High Street Fremantle when he approached a parked utility. The man reached inside the open tray, removing several items including electric drills and drill bits before riding away.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: Light skinned, around 35-40 years of age, medium build, brown moustache, approximately 175 centimetres tall with tattoos on his inner left and inner right forearms. He was wearing a dark coloured ‘Polo Club’ t-shirt, blue jeans, grey joggers, black cap, and a gold chain. He was riding a red coloured mountain bike.
