At around 4.00am on Sunday 3 April 2022, the victim used her bank card at an ATM in James Street in Northbridge. The following day the victim discovered her card holder with her bank card and other personal cards was missing and ten fraudulent transactions had been made using her bank card between 4.08am and 7.39am that same morning in the Northbridge area. The victim believes her card holder fell out of her bag shortly after using the ATM.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: tanned skin, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age, long brown hair tied back in a ponytail with a thin moustache and short beard. He was wearing a red and black jumper, black knee length shorts and white runners.
