At around 4.30pm on Wednesday 15 December 2021, the victim who is a food delivery rider, parked her Uni Ryder E-bike on James Street in Northbridge outside the restaurant she was picking up food from. While inside the victim saw a man jump on her bicycle and start riding off. The victim ran out of the restaurant after the man on her E-bike, but couldn’t catch hold of him.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: tanned skin, slim build, between 18 to 20 years of age with a mullet style haircut. He was wearing a black T-shirt with ‘Champion’ printed on the back, dark coloured trousers, black shoes and black baseball cap.
