At around 2.10pm on Saturday 16 April 2022, the victim and two others parked their e-scooters outside the entrance to a licenced premise on James Street in Northbridge and went inside. Five minutes later a man approached the three parked scooters and took hold of the victim’s scooter which had an iPhone 11 attached to it and rode away on the e-scooter.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: tanned skin, medium build, between 25 to 35 years of age with short dark brown hair. He was wearing a grey T-shirt, black knee length shorts, black runners and a black baseball cap with a black man bag over his shoulder.
