At around 3.35pm on Monday 21 August 2023, the victim was using her iPhone while sitting on a bench at a train station on Kelvin Road in Maddington waiting for a train. A man is seen on CCTV approach the victim from behind, snatch her iPhone and run away with the victim’s iPhone.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 30 to 35 years of age, blonde shoulder length hair with possible tattoos on his neck and hands. He was wearing a black ‘Everlast’ hooded jumper, black pants, tan boots and was carrying a black shoulder bag.
