UPDATE: A 35 year old man from Kelmscott has been charged with possess stolen or unlawfully obtained property. The woman in the CCTV footage has been identified. Thank you.

 

Just before 9am on Tuesday 15 October 2019 the victim parked his electric bicycle outside the shopping centre in Kent Street, Karawara.

 

When he returned to collect his bike around 11am discovered the chain he had placed on the bike had been cut and the bike was gone.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The woman is described as fair skinned, around 30 years of age wearing a cap and navy tracksuit.
