Between 1.00am and 9.00am on Thursday 10 March 2022, unknown offenders broke into a car parked on the driveway of a home on Kitchener Avenue in Bayswater stealing a wallet and pair of sunglasses. Later that same day, two bank cards inside the stolen wallet were used to make 9 fraudulent purchases in Maylands.

Police have released CCTV images of a man and woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age with short black hair and a thin beard and moustache. He was wearing a brown ‘Mossim’ T-shirt, blue pants, a green baseball cap and was carrying a black baseball cap.

The woman is described as: tanned skin, slim build, between 20 to 30 years of age with dark brown hair tied into a bun on top of her head. She was wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts with thongs.
