At around 7.40pm on Friday 7 October 2022, a man entered a liquor store on Kooyong Road in Rivervale. The man grabbed a carton of Jack Daniels and exited the store without paying. A staff member followed him and managed to recover the carton. The man pushed passed the staff member and re-entered the store, where he grabbed another carton and ran off with that carton.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, and average height, with a stubble beard and a brown rattail. The man was wearing a bright red t-shirt and red LA cap, with dark pants and white sneakers.
