Around 2am on Monday 4 February 2019, a man gained entry to a set of units on Mayfair Street West Perth. The walked into an underground car park and located a bicycle chained to a pole and cut the chain, removing the bike. He then pushed the bike out of the building.
Around 3pm the following morning (Tuesday 5 February 2019), police believe the same man returned to the same location. He located two bicycles chained to drainage pipe and was able to damage the chain and then remove the bikes from the location.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: Light skinned, 20-30 years of age, thin/medium build, short brown hair and tattoos on his right arm.
