Perth Police are seeking public assistance in relation to an incident that occurred in East Perth on Monday 10 February 2025.
About 1.30pm, the victim locked their Electric NCM Bicycle to a bike stand on Moore Street.
When the victim returned to the bike stand at 3.15pm, they discovered the bike stolen and the lock missing.
As inquiries continue, officers have released images of a man who may be able to assist with the investigation.
