At around 3.30pm on Sunday 22 December 2024, a woman entered a store on Murray Street in Perth. CCTV captured her approaching the jewellery section where she concealed a jewellery box in her bag. She then exited the store making no attempts to pay.
Police have released CCTV images of the woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The woman is described as: tanned skinned, average build with short light hair. She was wearing a dark Christmas top, floral patterned pants, white shoes, sunglasses and was carrying a bag.
