At around 10.20am on Saturday 30 September 2023, a woman is seen on CCTV enter a gift shop on Murray Street in Perth and walk up to a display of gold pens. The woman removed a gold fountain pen and immediately left the shop making no attempt to pay for the pen.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: tan skinned, medium build, between 35 to 45 years of age with auburn hair tied back in a pony tail. She was wearing a black jacket over a black singlet, black pants, black shoes, black headphones and was carrying a large black shoulder bag.
