At around 12.30am on Saturday 3 September 2022, a man is seen on CCTV entering the ground floor of a secured residential building in Rivervale. The man attempted to open several mailboxes in the mailroom using a key but was unsuccessful. The man then picked up a parcel which had been delivered the previous day and exited the mail room with the parcel.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 30 to 40 years of age. He was wearing a black jacket over a grey hooded jumper, black pants with black shoes and had a black man bag hanging over his left shoulder.
