At around 10.00am on Saturday 14 August 2021, a child parked his scooter outside the rear entrance of a library on Robbos Way in Kwinana before going inside. When the child returned the scooter had been stolen. CCTV footage recorded a man ride off on the scooter.

The man recorded on CCTV is similar in appearance to the man recorded on CCTV later in the day using a stolen credit card in Crime Stoppers report number 10258.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: fair skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age with a short beard and moustache. He was wearing a black hooded jacket over a purple shirt, black cap, black fingerless gloves, black pants with a black backpack slung over his shoulders.
