Around 12.40am on Sunday 4 October 2020, two males approached the counter of a fast food restaurant on Rockingham Road Spearwood. One of the males asked for free food as he didn’t have any money. The staff were busy collating orders and told him no. The man reached over the counter when staff were looking away, grabbed a bag containing assorted burgers and fries and ran from the store with the other male. Both were seen on bikes riding away from the store heading towards Phoenix Road.


Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.


The first male is described as: Light skinned, late teens, thin build, dark hair wearing a grey beanie, grey hooded top under a black sleeveless vest and grey long pants.


The second male is described as: Light skinned, last teens, thin build, dark hair, wearing a grey baseball cap, black top and dark long pants.
