At around 6.20pm on Monday 8 April 2024, a man interested in purchasing a mobile phone was standing at the service counter inside a retail store on Russell Street in Morley, when he suddenly grabbed a brand-new Samsung Ultra 256 off the top of the counter and ran from the store with it.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: tan skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age. He was wearing a black singlet, red cap, sunglasses with headphones around his neck.
