At around 8.00am on Friday 21 October 2022, the victim locked his Segway e-scooter in an underground secure bike storage room at a building complex on St Georges Terrace in Perth. At around 6.00pm the victim returned and found his e-scooter stolen. CCTV showed a man and woman dismantle the bike rack to remove the e-scooter from the storage room.

Police have released CCTV images of a man and woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 30 to 40 years of age with short black hair and a rattail cut at the back of his head. He was wearing a grey jumper with black stripes on the sleeves, black pants and black cap.

The woman is described as: tan skinned, slim build with long straight black hair. She was wearing a black shirt, black cut trousers, white sliders with an olive green cap.
