Wembley Police are seeking public assistance to identify the person pictured, who they believe can assist with a current investigation into a stealing incident in Leedervile on Sunday, 18 May 2025.
About 12pm, an unknown man approached a store on Vincent Street.
CCTV footage captured the man seizing the bike and riding off from the scene.
Only moments earlier, the victim—who had borrowed the bike—had entered the store, leaving it unattended outside.
The man is described as being of average build with dark skin, and dark hair. He was wearing a black Oakley polo, black shorts, a black cap, thongs and was carrying a black backpack.
