Around 6.15pm on Wednesday 24 June 2020 a woman approached a bike rack at a leisure centre on Vincent Street in North Perth.

 

The woman removed both wheels and a bike pump from a bike locked to the rack, leaving the frame behind and taking the items with her.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The woman is described as: tan skin, dark long hair, wearing grey jumper, dark pants and a blue ‘Nike’ backpack.
