Around 3.30pm on Wednesday 5 August 2020, two men were walking along William Street Perth when one of them entered a building. He removed an adhesive social distancing sign from the ground and handed it to the other man who placed it inside a bag and they both walked away.
Police have released a CCTV image of two men who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The first man is described as: Light skinned, medium build with short dark hair. He was wearing a green t-shirt and dark long pants.
The second man is described as: Light skinned, medium build and dark facial hair. He was wearing a baseball cap, dark coloured vest over a white top and ¾ length camouflage pants.
