At around 3.45pm on Thursday 24 August 2023, the victim used the ladies Raine Square public toilets on William Street in Perth. While the victim was standing at the wash basin she noticed a woman exit the toilets in a hurry. The victim looked down to find her brown leather handbag she had placed onto the floor next to her missing, along with its contents which included a silver Lenovo laptop, perfume and mobile charger.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: tan skinned, slim build, between 35 to 45 years of age with brown wavy hair tied back. She was wearing a blue denim jacket over a black dress with white shoes.
