Perth Police are seeking assistance with a stealing incident that occurred at a carpark along William Street, Perth on Monday 29 October 2018.

Around 10:35am two people have entered the carpark and stolen a bicycle from the rear of a vehicle which was parked in the carpark.

The bicycle was a black/blue ‘Giant Anthem X’ valued at $6000.

Police have released a CCTV image of two men who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The first man is described as fair skinned with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with army print across front, black pants, black and white sneakers and a white baseball cap. He was also wearing a thick silver necklace and a black bag with a black jumper hanging off.

The second man is described as fair skinned with short dark hair and a medium build. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt
