At around 6.40am on Friday 29 September 2023, the victim parked his Ute outside a vacant property down an alleyway off William Street in Perth to carry out work. The victim off loaded numerous items from his Ute while working and at around 10.05am he received notification from his bank of a fraudulent transaction using his bank card. The victim immediately checked his Ute and discovered his wallet had been stolen from the centre console.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: tan skinned, slim build, between 40 to 50 years of age. He was wearing a blue hooded jumper, blue pants, red sliders with a grey beanie and was riding an e-scooter.
