At around 4.45pm on Wednesday 5 May 2021, a man walked into a hardware store on Winton Road in Joondalup.
CCTV captured the man select a toolset and place it down the front of his pants. The man is seen walking around the store constantly adjusting his pants and shirt before he exits the store and disappears into the car park.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, short brown hair and between 30 to 40 years of age. He was wearing a distinctive tradesman outfit with work boots.
