Around 4.20pm on Tuesday 9 July 2019, a man and woman approached a hardware store on Wright Road Harrisdale emptyhanded. They grabbed a trolley and proceeded into the store, walking straight to the garden tool section of the store.
They have selected a number of power tolls, including a post digger, before placing them into the trolley and walking out of the store via the garden section. A staff member approached them to check their receipt and a piece of paper was produced by them, however wasn’t handed over and they left the store without showing proof of purchase.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man and woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as 40-50 years of age, medium build with short grey hair and a grey goatee. He was wearing a black ‘Tapout’ jacket and long dark pants.
The woman is described as: Around 40 years of age, thin build and long dark hair. She was wearing a dark coloured ‘Flia’ top and dark long pants.
