Around 7.10pm on Tuesday 13 October 2020, a man was driving his work vehicle on Oats Street East Victoria Park when a car cut him off as two lanes became one. The car was a black coloured Holden Colorado and the driver of the car slowed down to a very slow speed. Up ahead the boom gates for the train began to flash, so both cars came to a stop.

A man got out of the black car and began shouting at the man and trying to start a fight. The boom gates lifted, the man got back into the black car and began driving again. Once again, the black car began driving slowly before stopping. Once again the man got out of the vehicle and approached the car, challenging the victim to a fight by punching the drivers window.

The man returned to his vehicle and continued driving. The victim was travelling on Orrong Road heading towards Perth, when the black car was next to him again. The driver threw water bottles at the victims vehicle as they were travelling at around 50 kmph. The black vehicle was last seen heading towards the city.

Police have released an image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: Light skinned, around 35 years of age, medium build, around 175cm tall with short brown hair and a moustache. He was wearing black shorts and has a full sleeve tattoo that extends onto his chest.

If you have any information about the identity of this man or details of this offence please contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
