At around 8.42am on Tuesday 22 August 2023, a man is seen walk into a secure car park of an apartment complex on Delhi Street in West Perth after a vehicle exited through the car park gates. The man walked up to a bicycle in the basement parking area and moved it to another location within the basement where he left it, before jumping the side wall of the complex. He was seen walking off in company with a female who had been waiting outside the complex.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 30 to 40 years of age, short black hair with a thin black goatee and moustache. He was wearing a navy-blue jumper, blue trousers, white runners, sunglasses and carrying a blue backpack.
