At around 3.20am on Tuesday 23 January 2024, a man is seen on CCTV walk up the driveway of a home on Irwin Road in Embleton holding a machete. The man first tried to look into the house through the window before walking up to a car parked on the driveway and peering into the car through the window. The man walked off, making no attempt to break into the house or car.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age with tattoos on his right forearm and left arm. He was wearing a t-shirt, shorts, sneakers and cap and was carrying a machete in his right hand.
