At around 5.14pm on Friday 26 July 2024, a man approached a residence on his bike Woodroyd Street in Mount Lawley. The man jumped over a fence and walked around the back of the house before checking a combination key lock box. The man jumped back over the fence and was confronted by the resident. The man ran off leaving his bike behind.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, slim build with a red facial hair. The man was wearing a green Metallica shirt, burgundy track pants, black sneakers and a black helmet.
