At around 10.20pm on Friday 30 July 2021, the victim was on the dance floor at a Tavern in the northern suburbs of Perth, when she accidentally bumped into another woman, knocking the woman’s drink out of her hand. The victim apologised to the woman and offered to buy her another drink. The woman ignored the victim’s apology and grabbed a glass from a person nearby and punched the victim in the face with it, breaking the glass causing numerous cuts to the victim’s face.

The victim was taken to hospital for treatment to her injuries.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The woman is described as: fair skinned, slim build, between 20 to 25 years of age with long blonde hair. She was wearing a pink top with blue pants.
