Around 3.10pm On Friday 2 August 2019, a man walked into a car park on Terrace Road Perth. He located a discarded parking ticket and walked to a blue Toyota Corolla sedan. He gained entry to it by unknown means and was able to start the car. Using the parking ticket he had found, he was able to leave the car park and drive away.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: Light skinned, medium build and very short dark hair. He was wearing a grey striped long sleeve shirt, dark long pants and black shoes.
The vehicle registration is 1GHN438 and remains outstanding.
