Detectives from the Midland Rapid High Harm Offender Response (RHHOR) team are seeking public information in relation to the whereabouts of 29-year-old Ashton John INMAN.
Police believe Mr INMAN may be able to assist with a number of ongoing investigations.
Mr INMAN is known to frequent the Midland and Mirrabooka areas.
He is described as being approximately 176cm tall, of slim build, and has distinctive throat tattoos.
If sighted, members of the public are advised not to approach Mr INMAN, but to call police immediately on 131 444.
