Police are seeking public assistance in relation to the whereabouts of 21-year-old man, who they believe may be able to assist with ongoing investigations.
Mr Xis described as being approximately 180cm tall, of slim build, with black hair and brown eyes.
He is known to frequent the Midland, Mirrabooka, Mandurah and Cannington areas.
If sighted, do not approach but call police immediately on 131 444.
