Just before midnight on Saturday 22 June 2019, a man was working at a licensed premises on South Terrace Fremantle. As part of his duties, he was collecting glasses from within the premises when a male patron pushed him deliberately with force before swinging a glass at his face. The glass broke, causing deep facial injuries to the employee.

 

The man ran from the scene in company with a woman, believed to be his girlfriend (also pictured).

 

As a result of the assault, the victim received numerous stitches to his face.

 

Police have released CCTV images of a man and woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: Light skinned, medium build, approximately 180cm tall and short curly dark hair.

 

The woman is described as: Light skinned, Long blonde straight hair and a medium build.
