Terrorism

Unfortunately, some disillusioned individuals resort to extreme acts of violence to push their agenda.

A terrorist act is the calculated use of violence or threat of violence with the intention of advancing a political, religious or ideological cause through intimidation, force or fear against the public or government.

Being involved with a terrorist act carries a penalty of up to life imprisonment.

If you notice any suspicious activity or security concerns or see something out of place call the WA Police on 131 444 or the National Security Hotline on 1800 123 400. You can also contact Crime Stoppers using our online report form or by calling 1800 300 000 to report what you know or see.

If you see an unattended bag or package call the WA Police immediately on 131 444.
